Budget in five lines: rent and deposit, machines, interior and backdrops, consumables, and a marketing launch. Machines are usually the largest single line, rent the largest recurring one.
Two machines outperform one by more than double at peak hours, because groups do not wait. If your traffic count supports it, plan for two from the start.
